Application process

By choosing to study with NZTC, you are choosing to begin or progress your career with a College that has been providing tertiary education for 35 years.

Below you will find our enrolment process with an explanation of what you can expect at every step.

Step 1: Choose your program of study

Select the qualification you wish to study. Please note that we have specific entry criteria for each qualification.

Step 2: Apply

NZTC Global applications are accepted online through NZTCapply. Some programs have additional admission requirements, for example, you may need to complete additional forms.

Step 3: Interview

If required you will be interviewed by video conference.

Step 4: Offer of placement and acceptance

If your application is successful, you will receive an offer letter and invoice. This may be on the condition that you meet specific requirements. To accept the offer letter of placement, you will need to return your signed offer letter to New Zealand Tertiary College and pay the tuition fees.

Step 5: Student confirmation

When you have met the conditions stated in the offer letter, a confirmation of enrolment is sent to you along with a receipt of fees.

Step 6: Start your studies

You will receive your username and password to sign in to NZTC Online and begin studying towards your qualification.
